We had a very busy and incredibly fun weekend! After some playtime around the house Saturday morning, we took a short drive to Bristol, Vermont for a fall festival. Jakob got to pet some horses, although he was a bit shy when it came to trying to ride one. He made friends with other toddlers dancing to a jazz band, and he tried - and spit out - some Mediterranean food. After a good nap, we went to pick pumpkins for our deck. Then we headed to the river to throw rocks for a while, before coming home for a BBQ and campfire. Sunday we spent the morning at Shelburne Farms, watching animals and playing with tractors.

I'm a wilderness man, so I don't abide by any five second rules |
Not sure if this truck is up to the challenge of the wilderness |
I'm ready to come back to civilization for the fall festival! |
I like to pet the horse and try to poke him in the eye |
I think I'll pass on riding him this year |
Oh good, another horse to pet! |
I sure do love sheep, even stuffed animal sheep |
In fact, I love them so much I like to give them kisses |
I'm getting ready to get my jig going |
Check out my strut |
I like eating shaved ice |
Mediterranean food...not so much |
I'm going to pretend I don't even see Daddy offering me more of that |
