In honor of the Subway Series between the Yankees and Mets this weekend (okay, that's not why we went, but I needed a way to work in a reference to the Yanks' big sweep of the series!), we took Jakob for his first road trip out of state to visit Grandma and Grandpa Hall in Hamilton, New York this weekend. The weather didn't cooperate entirely, but the rain did give us lots of extra snuggle time for JD and his grandparents. We had such an excellent time, and Jakob was such a good boy for all of it!

| We had 2.5 hours of awake time yesterday morning!! Thank goodness, because it's a bit of a drive between Huntington and Hamilton, and he slept pretty well on the way back. |
