One Down, Nineteen to Go!
Jakob was a happy camper when Dan picked him up yesterday, proudly showing off his little tooth treasure chest. His school had an open house from 6-7, and he really wanted us to go so he could show us around. I kid you not, teachers and administrators from every side of the school knew him and asked about his tooth, ha! I guess he wasn't exaggerating on the phone when he said he had a rough day. Everyone was so glad it was out.
When we got home, he wanted me to write a note to the tooth fairy asking if he could still keep his tooth even though he definitely wanted money. Dan and I didn't nail down who would put money out, so I ended up leaving him $3.00 in one spot in his room, and Dan put together a sweet note and left $5.00 in another spot. Jakob was more than just a little bit happy about all the cash, so we hopefully covered out bases by telling him this was a bonus for the first tooth.
And the one right next to it is very wiggly.... :-)
