Everleigh's first time off the diving board.  Of course she didn't even want me in the pool!

Jakob's school earned enough "Paw Points" (their mascot is the cougar) to have a reward day, and so today is crazy hat day.  Jakob refused to participate in these events last year, so I was extra excited this morning when he came up with the idea of wearing two hats at the same time.  :-)

We took these pictures at the mini golf course in Hyannis.  Everleigh had hit the wall and was super cranky, so she and Dan didn't do any golfing.  But she managed to hold it together long enough to take these beautiful pictures!!  <3  She's our little "wild thing"!

Another instance where I didn't take nearly enough pictures because I was way too busy having so much fun.  We had a week of awesome, summer weather at the beach.  The kids LOVED swimming in the ocean (even though Everleigh drank a mouthful of water immediately upon getting in and threw up all over me, ha...Jakob was horrified!), playing in the sand, frolicking on the sandbars and finding hermit crabs at low tide, spending time with Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Karen and Uncle Kevin (who gets a million bonus points for letting them bury him in the sand and the inflatable water slide at his house), and doing other Cape Cod fun things.  We're so excited that Grandma and Grandpa got a condo there so we can go back more often!!

Naughty pets being up on the couch, but it was really cute!  Then we took the kids to play old school Nintendo at Burlington Beer Company before heading back out to Jericho for a touch a truck event...we even got to see Ms. Sarah, who used to work at the Y preschool, and we miss her a ton!
